it isn't a long-term fix but I have managed to get the help system working. Here are the steps in the workaround: Requirement: Have Microsoft HTML Help Workshop downloaded and installed. Hi Var, when I needed DITA files I used the Open Source Java Derby database information here: http://db.apache.org/derby/manuals/dita.html That should give you plenty to go at.
