publishing error

Hi all,

I'm having a problem when I hit the Publish button. I've included the error message - has anyone encountered this before?

I have an image of the error: It says Problems in background thread: The remote server returned an error: 227 Entering Passive Mode (74,124,219,172,72,45) .[System.Net.WebException]

There is more to this message.

Also, it makes it seem like something is wrong with our website, but I'm able to FTP to the site directly.

I did a Google search on the error you mentioned, and several posts seem to talk about problems with a web host and others seemed to reference firewall issues. This doesn't seem to be a Flare issue as much as an FTP/connection issue with your webhost.

For example, I'm able to connect via FTP to my webserver and upload files from Flare without a problem.
