HTML5 CSH links jump to top of page not the bookmark

In the former product UI we used Flare-generated webhelp, and UI links could jump directly to the bookmark in a topic (anywhere on the page). Our new UI is developed in HTML5 and we are now using Flare's HTML5 output for the help. But now UI links take us systematically to the top of the page in the generated help (and not to the specific section where I put the bookmark). Has anyone else encountered this? Any suggestions? I'm not certain if it is a change in functionality - which I would doubt, a bug, or more likely we have not implemented this correctly. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards,

Hi.
I know that your original post was 2 years ago, but I am experiencing this problem now.
We are using Flare v10
the problem occurs only when the help is viewed in IE 11 on Windows 2012
Did you find a soulution at the time?
