catapulttocache becomes read only

Hi

This morning, after a few hours work, Flare suddenly refused me access to the file i was working on, then another file then all files. The error message cited that I did not have access to a seemingly unrelated file in an '...\Output\Temporary' directory.

For the record, the generically recognisable element of this file was that is was some sort of ' catapulttocache ' file. When i come to check the MadCap Flare forum and, after that, the web, i can find nothing on this file type (string).

It transpire, from checking the Properties of the file in Explorer, that this file has been made read only. I know not how, those around it were not Read only. I changed the Read only status to off, that is, to Read and now all is fine.

I post this for info only in case anyone else suffers similar.

If I had to guess, I'd say it has something to do with source control. Did try to bind the project to some kind of source control (like a P4 plugin)?
