Hi,
As extensive as the possibilities in Flare are, the possibilities in Capture are limited. I almost call Capture outdated.
Providing images with arrows (dotted lines with an arrow on one end and a thick dot on the other) is not possible.
Correct me if I am wrong.
Is there another tool that is ...

Use of multiple sets of Variables and Conditional text
Hello,
Within one project I want to use multiple Targets.
The different Targets each use their own TOC to create a specific PDF manual.

Logo and Search box in the side navication part?
Maybe I didn't express myself well in the previous topic.
My question is as follows:
The html5 page in the format "Web Medium" on a 28" monitor is not a problem. Enough space here.
However, the format "Tablet Medium" that I use for a 17" monitor, is too small for the same html5 page.

Logo + Search bar in side bar, instead of header
Good day,
to gain length on my main page, I don't use the header frame.
But I still want to use our company logo and search bar.
Is there a possibility to show both in the side bar?

Re: Depth "mini TOC proxy" depends on "TOC proxy" ?
Robdocsmith, thanks for your answer.
My intention was to show only h1 in the TOC and per chapter all the underlying paragraphs (by a mini TOC).
Because my TOC would be that long otherwise.
No, I think I cannot use some other proxy to achieve this.
Example of my intention:

Depth "mini TOC proxy" depends on "TOC proxy" ?
hello,
I don't get it!
It seems that the displayed depth of the "mini TOC" is determined (limited) by the displayed heading (h1 - h5) depth of the "TOC".
Anybody know if this is true?

TOC proxy limit to only heading h1
Good day,
I currently use a "TOC proxy" in a PDF manual that shows all chapters (h1) and all underlying paragraphs (h2, - h5).
I would like to limit the "TOC proxy" to show just h1 (and maybe h2).
Inside each chapter I use a "mini TOC proxy" that shows paragraphs h2 - h5.
Does anyone know how to ...

Hello,
Is there a possibility for Flare to "ask" for variable definition the first thing just after the target building has started?
For example:

I have a struggle with an unknown/undefined TOC item in the table of contents.

Multilingual same projects
like I said in a previous post, I'm writing same documentation in several (like 20 pcs.) languages.
Is there anyone who does the same in Flare?
Tips to handle this in the most simple way?
Eg. use "Global project linking" and maybe more?
Thanks in advance,
Henk Jan
