I have a complex table with merged cells.

I am attaching the htm file and also the pdf. In the pdf file, on the bottom table, note that there are some missing borders. It seems like, when I merged the three cells into one ("Cell F5/F6/F7") Flare only recognizes part of the merge. Also, note that ...

That's not exactly what I want. I want the list to look like this. Right now, if I use the "Item Number" function, I can force the list to look like this.

I am getting unpredictable results when mixing numbers and bullets. Here is an example. (This example was done in a project that used only the styles.css that comes with Flare. No customization has been done.)

I have seen the following twice but I can't reproduce it:
Start with a bulleted list followed by two unbulleted paragraphs, like this:
• Bullet 1
• Bullet 2
• Bullet 3
Text 1
Text 2
Now apply a bullet (by clicking on the Bullet List icon) to Text 2. Flare changes the order of paragraphs ...

In a PDF file's metadata, the document's name seems to default to "Document Title Name Here." See attachment. Can I set something in Flare so it has the correct name of the document? It would also be nice to set the Author, Subject & Keywords.
