Can You Modify the WebHelp Output Folder Structure?
Just curious: When I build and publish WebHelp, it always has the same structure: myfoldername \Output\Webhelp\ startfile .htm If for example I was replacing RoboHelp-generated WebHelp with Flare WebHelp and wanted to keep the same links to the WebHelp start file, could I change this output structur...

Re: Webhelp and Master Pages - Confused Newbie
Thanks, but that did not work. I must be missing something. I successfully completed the first task, the creation of the style class. But I had to manually type the new class into the Topic Style Class field in the properties dialog for each topic (no multiple selection in the Content Explorer appa...

Re: Cannot insert hyperlink?
A big DUH for me.
Yes, that's exactly what it was. I inadvertently included the a style in the disabled styles. Don't I feel stupid?
Thanks.

Cannot insert hyperlink?
Not sure if this is the right place for this, but here goes. I'm working on a Webhelp project based on a project imported by RoboHelp. I cannot seem to insert a hyperlink in the XML Editor. I select the text but the hyperlink toolbar button is grayed out. In fact, the hyperlink button is ALWAYS gray...

Another Newbie Question
Hi all: I'm a newbie and I imported a small RoboHelp project as a test case for figuring out to set up Flare properly. I figured out skins, master pages, etc, and now I'm up to styles. Yikes! In my stylesheet I have WAY too many styles, some from the imported RoboHelp stylesheet and some apparently ...

Missing Linked Source File Webhelp compile error
Another newbie question: I imported a RoboHelp project successfully. We've been using Adobe's Technical Communication Suite and that software creates all kinds of incomprehensible styles, classes, etc, so the imported stylesheet in Flare has WAY too many styles and classes for me to ever want to dea...

Re: Webhelp and Master Pages - Confused Newbie
Regarding your Master Page question: Yes, there is definitely a way to do what you want, but it's not very obvious. To do it, you need to create a style class for the html element, then apply that class to the topics you want to receive the master page. Create the html style class: 1. Open your sty...

Webhelp and Master Pages - Confused Newbie
I am not a stupid person, but I cannot figure out these things from reading the Flare help: Just got Flare (moved from FrameMaker/RoboHelp, which was prone to crashing and difficult to format lists). So I'm a Complete Newbie. I've viewed all the help videos and reviewed help topics but can't easily ...
