Same issue goes for index entries in drop down text. If the indexed text is within a collapsed drop down, the user would not necessarily know to expand the text. Frustrating actually - It would be great to see MadCap figure out a fix for this quickly.

I can't seem to find where I can change the cursor color. Can anyone help?
