I have a question about table page break.
Standard for PDF output is that if the table can fit on one page, a page break is created before the table. This has the disadvantage that if the table length is 3/4 of a page but there is only 1/2 page left on the current page, the bottom half of this page ...

Ok, I guess I can create three separate classes for the vertical alignment.
But how do I do if I want to just change border-style-left for some of the cells and then border-style-right for some other. Do I have to create a new class for each case?

I am wondering what the best way to apply vertical alignment to a <td> class.
In the stylesheet I have set vertical alignment to top since its the most used.
