Thanks - this would be such a cool feature for us to help readers transition from the older terms to new terms!
I just submitted a bug (case 32387) since the Flare documentation for synonym uses the word 'phrase' and a phrase by definition includes multiple words.

Thanks Dave! So do folks use Condition Tags to represent the review workflow? The documentation does not show that as an example but maybe it's a duh! Thanks Lisa - appreciate the insight - we are just beginning to explore global project linking and external references. We also have legacy products for which we will migrate documentation so the idea of putting common pieces in a 'global project' is definitely appealing - thanks again!
