I uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft .Net Framework sp1 and it did not resolve the issue. I also tried uninstalling MadCap Flare along with all the patches. I removed all the registry entries and all entires found under All Program and in all profiles. I then reinstalled all products manually. I ...
