I have the same issue. I have a preface whose footers contain page numbers formatted in Roman numerals but in the generated Word TOC come out as Arabic. Looks like a bug. Anyone have a workaround?

Output for my help project is webhelp. I am unable to customize the following:
a. increase space between TOC items and left edge of the webhelp window

The issue remains in Flare 8.0. But as stated, you can work around it by setting a negative value for the mc-leader-offset property for each of your p.toc styles.
Note: If you are using the Simplified View of the CSS Editor, the mc-leader-offset property appears on the Leader tab as Page Number ...
