Im getting confused on how to style Headings when I output a PDF. My structure is as follows:

Topic A (H1, H2s, Paragraphs etc)
Book (This Title becomes an H1)
- Topic B (H1, H2s etc)
-Topic C (h1, h2s etc)

When I output to PDF, Topic A and Book Title become H2 styles. My Topic B H1 becomes an ...

I am trying to figure out how to get my bookmarks in a .pdf to mimic my TOC. I haven't defined any bookmarks beyond what is maybe coordinated with my stylesheet (i'm guessing).

The following is an example of my TOC:

Book 1 (many topics inside)
