Have you checked to see if you are linking to a heading that contains a variable? If so, this is fixed in Flare 12. This is a known issue in Flare 11 (and earlier). This fix in Flare 12 was a HUGE win for us. I wish it was that easy - we actually stopped adding variables to headings because of that...

Thanks - I think that is the most logical route to go when I can do a re-design of this doc. For now, my workaround is to have a teeny tiny H1 that comes just before the content, I made it white and size 2 pt font so that it's basically invisible - but definitely in my TOC.

We've been trying to use concept markers in our topics, but never understood the benefit other than adding them as options when a user searches.
