How long is too long for file names and link paths?

I just ran into this problem (I'm on Windows XP with Flare V4.1) when trying to compile HTML Help.

I left everything at default. I don't know why it would say there is a madcap.css in my Stylesheets folder. The only file in there is Styles.css (maybe that's the MadCap style sheet?). Where is the OnClick field in the Skin file? I can't seem to find it anywhere. I have an image in to replace the Madcap logo, that's working fine. But I can't find where I edit the image link to my company's web site.
