When I wrote, in Flare, I was referring to the Preview of the topic from the Flare editor and the generated output. The preview is accurate.

Yes, the path/syntax includes the correct name of the skin. I'm not sure what you are mean when you ask about the server.

I have also tried the path/syntax in different browsers. The browser window opens with the Nav Pane.

The calls are URLs that include the path to the file. For example, http://servername/exampleURL/OutputA.htm/Content/FL/path/bogus.htm.

Yep! Unchecking the Exclude content not linked directly or indirectly from target solved the problem! The CSH files are included in the build.
