Look in the Skin - Styles Tab > Navigation Element > TOC - Home Page Row
and change the label in the general properties.
That removed the TOC from the TOC page but it also removed the label from the Main home page:

I followed that blog post and unless I missed something that process has to be done after every "Build Primary" correct? It seems when you run Build Primary it essentially reverts the coding I edited back to the original.

My issue is with the TOC page header (not the TOC home page row within the mobile skin)
I created a background banner that I was able to add through the mobile skin under Header > Background > Backround Image
But then when the screen navigates to the TOC page it autopopulates the header of "Table ...
