Hey all, I'm having an issue when I attempt to publish some HTML5 targets and I figured I'd post the issue here to check for conventional wisdom before opening a support ticket.
I have several targets setup with with a "file system" type publish destination; this destination is a network drive I've ...

Re: Google Analytics Events and Tracking User-Entered Searches
Thanks! I got it to work.
For anyone interested in the solution, simply add this to the toolbar.js file in HTML5 builds:
(function(i,s,o,g,r,a,m){i['GoogleAnalyticsObject']=r;i[r]=i[r]||function(){ (i[r].q=i[r].q||[]).push(arguments)},i[r].l=1*new Date();a=s.createElement(o), m=s ...

Re: Google Analytics Events and Tracking User-Entered Searches
It's frustrating because I'm so close!
The function works when you manually add the onclick attribute to the div element (like in notepad or something).
So it's just a matter of getting madbuild.exe to play ball.

Google Analytics Events and Tracking User-Entered Searches
Alright, so I want to track user searches using Google Analytics and I have it about 99% of the way. I'm just missing something relatively small (I think my Javascript-fu isn't strong enough).
In HTML5 output the search button is expressed as a <div> with the class of "search-submit", if I open-up ...

Analyzer won't open my project
So, everytime I attempt to open one of my projects with Analyzer v6 nothing happens. There is no error message, nothing happens on-screen, just nothing at all.
This is especially weird because my co-worker is able to open the project in Analyzer with his computer (he has the same version as I do ...

Issue with context-sensitive linking breaking drop-downs
Hey all,
I'm experiencing a strange issue with the drop-down menus in my project.
We are using an XML document to tie individual topic pages to page GUIDs in the application for which the help is written. So if a user clicks help on Page A, they get help for Page A; this has been a big hit ...

Issue with printing in HTML5 Output
Hey all,
I'm having issues solving a small problem and I'm hoping someone has seen something similar before.
When I click the default print button from the toolbar in HTML5 the topic prints with all drop-downs collapsed. However, I do not want the drop-downs to be open by default when the user ...

Re: Issues getting the TOC to display in HTML5 output
It seems we may have the same issue. Flare 8 seems to work for me too and I do get that spin-y thing.
I'll submit a ticket too.
Thanks!

Issues getting the TOC to display in HTML5 output
Hey all,
This is my 1st post to this forum (though I've read many) so if it is in the wrong place Mod please feel free to move/delete.
I've been working with a large project that has historically been built in WebHelp output. I now have a requirement to produce the help in HTML5. To my horror, I ...
