Starting to feel more like a perfect storm of a 365 and Flare update at or about the same time. MS365 is looking like the culprit but since the error is being caused by an embedded image file, if anyone has any thoughts, they'd be very welcome.

When we converted to Flare 9, random settings were reset and that's what caused this. Closer scrutiny and compares fixed the error. User error, not Flare error. Apologies to any who put thought into this issue.

We just moved to Flare 9.1. We create WebHelp output. We hide the TOC on display and we use the Contents navigation line at the top of the tile. In the output, when you click the Contents link, the TofC pane flashes and then disappears. The Contents heading displays in the webhelp toolbar header row...
