Re: Why is Flare adding value attributes in outputs?

Ok thanks, then I think Flare has a bug as it is not applicable to add that to li tags belonging to an ul, unordered list.
When you validate with https://validator.w3.org you get errors for this.

Re: Why is Flare adding value attributes in outputs?

Hi, jumping in on this thread and hope it is still alive :)

The value attribute is also added to li items in unordered (ul) lists, and this is not applicable and violates the syntax according to https://validator.w3.org.
Is this a known issue to MadCap, and if so will you correct it?

Re: Flows - Is there a way to create flows in Flare?

Thanks :)
Interesting.
It might help us with some parts, and also this could fit in a troubleshooting context.
The, largest challenge for us is to present that outline/overview of a flow to the readers and keep it in view for them at all time, while they progress through the flow.

Re: Flows - Is there a way to create flows in Flare?

Like a flow chart. We have flows with decision points and parallel branches/paths. the image in the original post is one alternative how it could look like. In the best of worlds :) say that I have a flow which you can follow in 2 different ways/paths: first path is: step a, b, and d and the second ...

Flows - Is there a way to create flows in Flare?

Hi, I'm looking at creating flows that has decisions and branches in them, to use as an overview on a topic to give users a good visual overview of the flow's steps. It's not a serial, sequential flow, more similar to traditional flow charts. I'm looking for something where I don't have to draw a fl...

Re: Updating Flarestrap for SEO. Taking feature requests.

Just a thought on the multi/fly-out menus; they come with a diagonal Issue: users lose, or drop off the menu unless the cursor stays within the boundaries of the menu. that one is really frustrating. I guess one can add extra margin to the menus so you can be a bit outside of the menus but still kee...

Can I treat a hyperlink as plain text in a PDF output?

Hello, I have a sentence (in a topic) containing a hyperlink. In a PDF output I would like it to come out as pure text, not as a clickable link, just static text. Is there a way to set this in flare? see attached image. BR magnus :) NOTE; I do not want to style it like text, I want it to be treated/...

Long page load with several Youtube videos embedded

Hi, I've embedded 20-30 Videos from Youtube in a topic. made them responsive and all, inside drop-downs. looks nice. BUT, I noticed that the load time for that topic is very long (about 10 sec) I suspect it has something to do with the iFrame.. Has anyone else experienced the same thing? Can I fix, ...
