Dumb question alert...Not a coder here, I understand the concept of adding the code to change the CSS but where do I add it?

Previously, my project properties for Source Control were set to automatically check out a topic when changes were saved. Prior to making changes to the topic in question I was sure that no one else had the doc checked out.
