Re: Can not install Flare 12

Thanks for your reply. I had exactly the same problem with 2017 r2. I installed the last Windows updates and I disabled Windows Defender. Dirty markup with Flare

Hi, Does Flare include a tidy tool for HTML source ? When I open a topic file which includes a bullet list with Notepad++, my tags are correctly indented. If I open the same topic with Flare, it puts the all the bullet list on the same line, making it unreadable.  Has anyone faced the s...

Re: .CHM deprecated?

Hi, Thanks for your replies and comments, this helped me a lot. I wanted to get rid of that old chm too but it is not possible. We document a Microsoft Excel Add-in and if you want to embed your help in Excel, you must have a chm output :-( If anyone has another solution to embed help in Excel, plea...

I converted LaTeX to HTML and used Mathjax for my HTML5 output. But for my print output, I still use LaTeX editor. My goal is to use only one source, so that I d...

Re: HTML5 Skin - Background image not showing properly

I haven't found the right size of my background image. I just want it to have a 'no-repeat" attribute. There is no property that you can set for the Background Image in the Main page element style with the HTML5 Skin Editor. Does anyone know in which file I insert a "no-repeat" attrib...

Re: Relatively difficult learning curve for Capture?

Thanks for the links, I will have a look at all of them.

I tried to use Madcap capture without rtfm, very bad idea.
MadCap Capture helped me to stay humble (or to feel idiot, don't know what suits the best)
