They are JPEGs that we rendered from a Pro-Engineering model.

I am assuming it is some type of tranparency issue, but I wouldn't know how to go about fix that.

Unfortunately I won't be able to test that until Flare spits that message at me again. It hasn't done it since that day.

I want to thank all of you for the suggestions provided. Unfortunately nothing has worked so far. We have decided to move forward with the project by making these images PDFs and attaching them to the end of the final PDF output document in Adobe Reader.
