Re: TFS connection error
Update: Due to efforts from Flare Support and my IT Department, my project is now mapped to TFS 2013. Flare needed a different server path protocol (Database) (with my company's name in the string of it) to recognize its location and verify my authorization to have access to TFS 2013. I am writing ...

Re: TFS connection error
Yes, I am experiencing the same issue after we upgraded from TFS 2010 to TFS 2013. I am able to access the TFS server, but not from Flare.
From what I understand, Flare isn't natively compatible with Visual Studio 2013 and so all mapping and checking in of the project must be done in Visual Studio ...

Re: linking to drop-downs
"The trick seems to be to use a hyperlink to reference into a bookmark at the very start of the drop-down body. Since many of my drop-down bodies are actually snippet blocks, and I definitely didn't want to put the bookmark in the snippet, this wasn't as simple as it seemed. I had to add an extra ...

Re: Today's feature request: snippet variables. Anyone else in?
Yes, Marjorie I am WITH you! 100 percent. All of your points are valid. I'm starting to run across this issue in my Online User Guide. I was trying to address it with Variables, but also noticed (at least I haven't figured it out yet - I'm fairly new to this) that you can't do a lot of formatting ...

Text Wrapping for Thumbnails
When someone clicks on a thumbnail image, it expands over the content text, obscuring it. Is there a way to set text wrapping so that if an image appears in a bulleted or numbered list, the image expands, but the text above and beneath the image is still visible?

Creating Styles for Variables
I am very new to using variables, but certainly think they would benefit me greatly. I have several standard set of bulleted lists that need to go into several different topics and these lists change from time to time. So, I'm thinking that variables would be very helpful. But, is there a way to ...

Re: Single Source Best Practices Togglers vs Conditional Tags
Thanks so much, Nita. All of this is very helpful. I meant to say single sourcing rather than source control - my bad.

Table Formatting in Word Output - Not Right
I have a table in one of my topics. In the html output, it looks fine (see attached), but in my Word Output, my table is scrunched into a single column to the far right of the margin (see attached). What is going on and how can I fix this? Thanks.

Single Source Best Practices Togglers vs Conditional Tags
Hi, I'm fairly new to Flare and definitely new to Source Control. I have an online user guide that I may soon need to create different targets to produce new outputs. We now have customers who have multiple locations with different user functionality than customers with one location - thus, for the ...

Re: Showing a List or Multiple Paragraphs inside a Toggler
I did manage to finally get the paragraphs and the bullet list to be included in the Toggler, but I had to create a name for each every bullet in the list. Hoping there is a quicker, less cumbersome way to do this.

Re: Editing Toggler Name Element
I am having the same problem. It appears that if I have a bullet list, I have to give each bullet a name, which is very cumbersome. Is there an easier way to deal with this?

Showing a List or Multiple Paragraphs inside a Toggler
I'm new to Togglers. When I follow the instructions for inserting togglers, it only allows me to insert one paragraph.
Here is what I'm trying to do:

Flare Won't Open Up My Project Files
Flare loads up on my computer and when I double click on my project file to open it, nothing happens and sometimes it says "Flare is not responding." Was something installed incorrectly? I can only open up files intermittently.

Option for Continue Sequence for Lists is Disabled
I am a beginner with no style sheet experience, so I'm resorting to using local formatting. I have numerous topics which require continuous lists at multiple levels - sometimes with bullets below and sometimes with Drop Down Lists below a numbered item. EXAMPLE:
1. step one is blah, blah blah ...
