How can I remove/rename the \Output folder?

[I've put this in the Printed Output forum, but I guess it applies equally to the Web-based one]

I want to build a PDF using my own path and not the auto-generated \Output\<project-name> path.

Specifically, if I'm currently outputting to...

..\MyFolder\Output\MyProject\MyPDF.pdf

how do I ...

TOC labels. Pain.

I'm sure there's a perfectly good reason for being able to edit labels in TOCs, but I don't want to. I just want a label to automatically be the topic title so that if the title changes I don't have to go through every TOC it's in changing it. As per PDF output.

There must be a way of doing this ...

Re: Vertically aligning tables

Nothing cunning, I just decided the HTML home page looked better if it consisted of just a paragraph of introductory text, top-aligned, as the doc title was already there in the banner at the top. Therefore I just hardcoded the position of my PDF horizontal strip thingy with a page layout, and set ...

Re: Vertically aligning tables

Gosh, don't do any out-of-hours work on my behalf!

In the meantime I've found a superior design solution (rather than CSS solution) to my problem, although I'd argue it is still a legit thing people would want to do.

Re: Vertically aligning tables

What I'm aiming for is
web.png
and
pdf2.png
from the same source file and without using absolute positioning as a. the red element can change size depending on its content and b. I want it to move to remain central when the HTML page is resized.

Does that make sense?

Re: Vertically aligning tables

Sorry, I guess "topic" was the wrong word as it hints there is other content.

It's for a title page that will be used in both PDF (as a cover) and HTML (as a home page). It's one row of three columns. and I want it bull's-eye smack in the middle of the page or browser window.

If you select a table ...

Re: Vertically aligning tables

To clarify... there is no text (other than that within the table) to flow anywhere in this file. Just a table.

Vertically aligning tables

I want a table smack in the middle of a topic. It's easy enough to do it horizontally, but I can't work out how to do it vertically. How do I do it?

Re: (Basic Question) How Do I Apply Tag To Content?

I have a similar issue now and am still at a loss:

I have a new topic with just an empty <body> tag. I want to insert a <p> element. I can't find a way of doing this.

I have an existing topic with two <p> elements. I want to combine them into a <div>. I can find no way of doing this (just being ...
