Support resolved this. Turns out that because my IT guy renamed my computer, it deactivated Flare. The activation is tied to the computer ID.

Activation issue
Yesterday I upgraded from v9 to v10. The upgrade was successful, as was the activation. Today, however, it's asking me for my activation code again. I entered it, and it now says I've already used all of my activations and I can't open Flare. Has anyone else experienced this problem and been able to ...

Generated PDF destinations
In a PDF target, I selected the option to generate named destinations for bookmarks. (I also have "Include non-TOC bookmarks in the bookmarks pane" selected.) But when I build and publish the PDF, there are no generated destinations for the headings. I opened the PDF file in Acrobat and viewed ...

Unordered lists and margins
In the non-print style sheet, I entered the following Box properties for the UL tag:

In the XML editor with the web layout and non-print medium selected, the list renders as expected.

However, extra indentation is added in the output:
