I am getting the same Error in Win7 Sp1. Its the browser upgrade (I'm on IE11 now).
Any resolutions so far?

Critical Error with Flare 7.02 and IE 11 on Win7
We just updated browsers to IE11 on our Win7 Pro Sp1 machines. Running Flare 7.02, we keep getting this error:
