Re: Can't review any of my projects since upgrade
Flare has this logged as a bug. I'm having the same issue. If Chrome is your computer's default browser, you can workaround it by double-clicking the build in the Build panel. All the other browser options work.

Looking for freelance technical writer (remote position)
My company is looking for a freelance technical writer for a documentation project. The project will be creating an online help center from (almost) scratch. Much of the CSS and skin is already in place, but may need some minor tweaking. This contract will be 40 hours per week for approximately 9 mo...

Duplicating Home page footer on topics in Top Nav
Hi everyone, I'm trying to use a consistent footer on all my pages (in Top Nav) but cannot duplicate the Home page footer in my OtherTopics masterpage. I've added the footer styles from the StylesForHomepage CSS to my main CSS, but it's still not quite there. It has a margin at the bottom that leave...

Border on an HTML 5 Top Nav Header
Hi, I've been trying to find a way to add a border to the bottom of the header in my HTML 5 Top Nav project and having no luck. There isn't an option in the skin (I'm using the blue one you can download off Madcap's site) and I've tried opening it in the text editor and adding it, but it has no effe...

Re: Google Analytics Events and Tracking User-Entered Search
Thanks. I hope that works; it's so much simpler. I tried this before I posted here, except that I used "search" as the parameters and didn't get anything. I Just tried it with "highlight." Did it take a awhile for you to get the results or was it instant? It looks like you are lo...

Re: Google Analytics Events and Tracking User-Entered Search
I have Google Analytics up and running and I see myself in there in real time. It's the search that I am struggling with. As I wrote before, I have tried multiple versions of this with the script in different spots. Below is the full topic page. Any thoughts on what I am missing would be appreciated...

Re: Google Analytics Events and Tracking User-Entered Search
What skin are you using? This thread includes a number of scripts - some are for the HTML5 tripane skin only, some are for HTML5 top nav skin only. When you insert the code, use Flare's Insert > Script, as it will format it correctly. (A much better way to include the script is to put it in a js fi...

Re: Google Analytics Events and Tracking User-Entered Search
We are using Google Analytics to track our help and want to get search terms. I have read and reread this thread many times and tried to use the some of the scripts included and am having no luck at all. The most recent attempt was adding this to our master pages: <script> (function(i,s,o,g,r,a,m){i...

Re: Conditional tags not working for content in one folder
Thanks for your help. I'm taking the easy way out and moving the content and deleting the folder. I am not that familiar with TFS either and am afraid of causing some unforeseen damage.
Thanks again,
Liv

Re: Conditional tags not working for content in one folder
You were right. There is a props files that I think may be causing some problems, and I attempted to remove it,via deleting it in my folder, but it keeps coming back in our source control, Team Foundation Server. Can it be removed through Flare or does it have to be deleted on the TFS?
Thanks,
Liv

Conditional tags not working for content in one folder
Hi everyone, I am having an issue with conditional tags, applied to sections of text, not working for content in one folder, inside the Content folder. I tested it with a topic that was just in the Content folder and the tagging worked. I had previously tagged this folder with a condition tag, but si...

Frozen at "Paste Progress"
Hi, I've got an issue I was hoping one of you could help me with. I was moving some files around in the content explorer and the last one I moved is stuck as "Paste Progress." In retrospect, I think my mistake was not checking it in, it was new, before moving it. In any case it's been froz...
