Lilshieste - Flare does already have an equation editor that supports MATHML and works for PDFs; or does that not meet your requirements?

We'd like to embed some MathML in some of our pages, but Flare automatically wraps MathML with its own MadCap:equation element. Is it possible to suppress this wrapping? (If so, is it possible to suppress it conditionally? e.g., only for HTML targets)
