This problem is caused by IE11/IE10 (regardless of whether it is your default browser). I downgraded to IE9 to resolve this issue.

This error actually stems from Internet Explorer which is used to render the Dynamic Help. To resolve the issue, please close the dynamic help window on the right side of the screen.

I had a look round and this indeed was the issue. I had IE11 installed. So, to everyone who has this problem, uninstall IE11 and this will fix the issue. Happy days.
