Issue resolved.
Turns out I unknowingly moved my codex for the HTML 5 whilst cleaning up a directory. Mimic had no idea how to compile.
Lesson learned.

I am unable to build HTML5 videos for new projects and for older projects that I have previously successfully compiled HTML5 projects for.

The issue I am reporting and looking for help is not a bug, but as designed.
The "Home" icon and its name suggests that the on-click action takes you to the index page for the content. This is not the case. The header images completest that action.
