Search bar in Tablet and Mobile medium
Hello, all. I'm in my HTML5-TopNavigation skin to set Styles for the Tablet Medium and Mobile Medium. I set Header > Search Bar > Layout > Display: none for both the Tablet and Mobile medium; however, when I build my project and check the responsive layout, the Search Bar shows up in in both. (I als...

Re: Generate Multiple Documents in MS Word
I'm so conditioned to double-click on the finished build, that it never occurred to me to check THE OUTPUT FOLDER. What a dunce I can be! Thank you, Rob. That's exactly where they are.

Generate Multiple Documents in MS Word
Hello, all. I created a TOC that has folders and sub-folders for a total of 87 topics. I set a Chapter Break for each topic in this TOC. In the Word target, I specified my Master TOC and, in the Advanced tab, selected Generate Multiple Documents in MS Word Output. The build went fine, but when I ope...

Has anyone had success with voice-based search via Flare? We're contemplating it, but I haven't seen any examples from folks who use Flare.

Hi Amy. I don't see any responses here; did you get any further with a solution? I've got a similar situation with jurisdiction-specific information.

Re: On-the-fly conditional content in Flare online output?
Hosting on your own server, you'd have to work with your own developers and IT to set up a user permissioning solution. It might be possible, as from memory, condition codes will make it into the output assuming you don't set up a build condition. But, yeah, custom solution. @Psider, when you say &...

Re: Search API - External Integration
Hi, This topic is a few years old, but I was wondering if anyone found a solution or if something new has been added to Flare in the past few years... My interest is basically the same as the original poster - can we use some kind of API, or something else, to connect an internal search tool to a F...

Re: Breadcrumbs for topics not in TOC
@TeSol, did you ever find a solution for this? I, too, want to see breadcrumbs in topics that are Level 4 or more in the TOC, but I don't want my TOC for the SideNav and hamburger menus to be longer than, say, 5 levels.

Re: I need help with project template styles
Related to styles in the Soledad template, when I build my project, the tiles on the home page stack one on top of the other instead of sit side-by-side. I copied the following files and added them to my current project (therefore, I am not building on the Soledad template, but using aspects of it i...

Re: Build error for HTML5 output in Flare 2017
I am experiencing this at the moment. The last time I built my project, this didn't happen. Today, it's finding files that aren't even in the TOC and telling me about the CDATA error. Where does this CDATA gibberish come from and why wasn't I getting these errors in previous builds?

Re: keeping a list item together with the image that follows
This might be a better solution, depending on what you're trying to do. Make sure that the content of your LI is a paragraph item ctrl-; is a handy shortcut), press enter to get a new p tag inside the same LI tag, and paste your image into there. Then, if you style either the LI tag itself or a new...

Re: Forum search plugin for Firefox
I really want to use this search feature! Trouble is, the file goes to the "Compatibility files" in C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\browser\searchplugins, and it does not show up in Firefox as a search option (I still only get Google, Bing, etc.). How do I make it work? Thanks!
