I'm able to generate PDF from word with no font problems, so that suggests it is a Flare issue.

I will try setting resolution to 100% and regenerate the pdf.

Nita, no problem.

The font is indeed installed. On the other hand, I've spoken to my colleagues who are not experiencing the issue and they don't have the font installed.
