Deleted topics still appearing in HTML builds

Deleted topics still appearing in builds.

1. Files have been removed from TOC.
2. Files have been removed from: Output > User Name > HTML5 > Content > Topics folder
3. Cleared browser cache and history
4. Saved and generated a new build

Any thoughts why this is happening or where these files are ...

Flare output and TOC not in sync

I have an article that shows up in the HTML 5 output.

It's show in the Topics folder as an HTML 5 file.

When going through the TOC, the article/file is not to be found. Even doing a Find in File nets zero results.

Anyone else have this happen and have an idea where the file might be nested/hiding?

New Content Not Publishing

New topics/pages are not showing up when pushed live (HTML). Nothing has changed on how we create, save, and build the file. New content is in the Output folder when we package everything up.

Thoughts???

Looking for a Flare Power User

Looking for a Flare power user who understands the application side (reviewing and advising on our current output/build) to the technical side (how we currently publish and how we want to). This is a short-term, onsite (Los Angeles) consulting opportunity.
