Re: Root Element Missing issue
Just had this happen to me. Contacted MadCap and they deleted the Output and Analyzer folders. That resolved the issue.

Our knowledge articles are public (not behind a login) and indexed by Google. I would like to query the knowledge base from within my HTML5 Online Help s...

Automate "Last Updated" Date?
Does anyone know of a way that Flare can automatically display a "Last Updated" date on each topic that would reflect when the content on the topic was last updated? We're currently using a Current Date variable that shows the date on which the output was generated, but it would awesome if...

Re: Salesforce Integration
@Psider, you can trial the integration. You need an environment with at least one article type created that has a rich text field. Re: Salesforce - Flare only or Flare with CMS
Hi Leslie, I am very interested to hear how your project goes. We have been interested in something similar for a while, but have not yet approached Salesforce for this type of a project. Please do share updates when you are able.

HTML5 Cons
Hi there, My company is about to retire support for IE7, so I'm moving towards switching from WebHelp to HTML5 output. I'm aware of the pros for HTML5, but has anyone come across any cons for switching? I have read reports that the search is not as strong (wild cards and partial word search aren't g...

Search Improvements
I'm currently using WebHelp and I am trying to improve the search experience for my users. I implemented search filters, which seems to be working well. 1. I have enabled partial word search to make the search more flexible. Is there a way to measure how search has improved with partial word search ...
