Flare 11 - Adding Toolbar Tooltips

I have recently added new buttons to my Flare 11 BlueBorders Skin and they work great .. apart from the tooltips for the buttons. The ones out of the box work fine but my new ones do not display when published. I have entered the details in the UI Text and if I PREVIEW the skin the tooltips work ...

Thank you so much for your prompt reply. I indeed have found the setting in the Advanced tab of the Target. Under the ' Generated TOC ' there was the setting your described, 'Use TOC depth for heading levels'.

I applied this and regenerated my output and hey presto !!
