MadTranslations helped me with this.
You will need Admin rights to your computer to add the language at your end in Lingo.
This is an example for adding Mongolian:
Go to: C:\Program Files\MadCap Software\MadCap Lingo 11\Lingo.app\Resources\Xml or wherever Lingo is installed.
Open “Language ...

Nope. Compatibility troubleshooter worked once. I'll try again when Lingo has finished exporting a Flare project in a couple of days ....

I was experiencing the same issues recently with Flare 2016 r2 and Lingo 10. Running the Compatibility troubleshooter on both the applications made a massive difference in the time it was taking to export/build. Thanks to Buck the Tech Writer's suggestion in this forum!

System.OutOfMemoryException when importing .lirev package
I am trying to import a large Contributor review package into Lingo and Lingo keeps crashing with a System.OutOfMemoryException error. This is repeatable on another machine. Does anyone get this error too?
