Re: Global project linking - xref question
No matter what method you decide to use to backup your files, don't just assume that all is then fine. At some stage make sure that you can in fact restore files from the backup.

Once your project is not set to have a master stylesheet then you can apply different stylesheets to different topics.
Create a new stylesheet with the styling required for the NFO topic and apply it to that topic.
I wouldn't necessarily agree with having multiple H1's in the same ...

Re: Multiple authors accessing different projects
Hi Donna,
Have you tried importing each others projects directly from Flare? From the File menu select New Project and scroll down to Import Project.
Any changes made will then be committed back to the source control server.

Re: HTML5 Output and Track changes
Hi,
Have you tried using conditions on the "changed text"? You should be able to exclude text on the basis of whether its condition status reflects the output you are trying to produce.

Re: In tables, applying italic makes text look superscript
I am always loath to use inline styling. In your instance I would create a <span> with style of italic and apply it to the text. CSS cascades down and your inline <i> tag overrides any other styling in headers and stylesheets.

Re: Getting a table in a div
If you are comfortable with working in the text editor you can insert '<div class="your_div_class">' '</div>' tags before/after the table tags, and create your own div tag in the css.

An altogether much more elegant solution. Thanks Dave.Dave Lee wrote:To remove it, just set Search Bar > Layout > Display - none.

Re: Remove Search Widget from HTML5 target?
You can't remove the widget but you can make it disappear.
In the Styles option of the Skin Editor, for all the Search options, set all borders to 0px and all background colours to transparent, even the gradients.
The widget will now merge into the background.

Re: Madcap products in a Virtualbox environment
VDI is the default or native Virtualbox hard drive file format. VMDK is compatible with Vmware. VHD is compatible with Microsoft Virtual PC. Is there a specific reason why the developers are using VMDK? If not then VDI should be the choice. You will have to install Windows on the Virtual machine, in ...
