When I create a new Flare file (project), the FLPRJ file date is the day i create it. But, if I go back a month later and change it and save it, the file date stays the same as when it was first created.
Is there a way to indicate the actual date every time you save it?

I just updated to Flare v11.1.2, after which Flare told me to check some Windows settings, but i didn't really read it. Does anyone know what that might be?

And yes, it was different in previous version and I think that's why I missed it.

It actually looks like it published the html files. At least I see them in the "Output > Content" folders. But still not sure if it actually published correctly to the Destination I saved.

I recently updated to Flare v11. And now when I have a project and go to Publish (html), it says "there is no destination". But when I go into Destinations and select one and save it, it doesn't seem to recognize that.
So it never publishes because it doesn't have a destination. I used Flare v10 all ...

I've tried using WebHelp and HTML5 as the output type, but our end user tells me they are .htm files. And they want .html.
Can I have Flare produce html?

thank you. i had tried the various was to import, flattened vs not flattened with callouts. with not flattened, leaving the callout, most pictures and the callout text was skewed and jumbled, as it converted the entire picture and callout text to a jumbled PNG.

I use Flare to convert FrameMaker files to Webhelp html. All of the graphics in FrameMaker are PNG, and are in frames. Most of them have a text callout with them. But when Flare converts them, it changes many of them to JPG. It flattens the graphic and text callout like it should, but it changes the ...

I had tried turning off markers and nothing happened. I don't even know what a <Span> is, but i guess if it's there and empty and should be deleted, I can do that.

In XML Editor, how do i hide markers? I don't want to see "<span><span>".

How do I hide these markers in XML Editor? For example, I don't want to see "<span> <span>".

I have a project that I'm preparing for html5 output. The content is set up with two conditional tags, and I can see them in the content view. It appears as though when i select one of those conditions and apply it to the text (include/exclude, etc), when I go back into the file or when i publish it ...

Is it a Bookmark? I use FrameMaker source files. Is it converting something marked from FrameMaker?

Why would I be getting numbers that show up on top of the first line of text (Heading) in xml editor ? Its fine when i output it.
