Looks like this is till an issue over 2 years after it was first discussed below. At least I know I'm not crazy now.
Spent 2 hrs tonight trying to get a title page to appear in Word Output with no success.
Followed this excellent article and figured I could do the same with Word.

I got the exact error code tonight when trying to import a Word 2010.docx document into Flare 10.2.1.
When I save the Word to a .doc, then I can import it.
