many xmlns properties in one topic

Hello!

Environments: Flare 9.1.2 in 64-bit Win 10 Pro

In topics in my HTML source code imported from RoboHelp using Flare 7, many same properties;

xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"

have been written in each topic (in each HTML file).

I think the property is enough to be written in the <html ...

Dear Sirs,

Environment: Flare 9.1.2 in 64-bit WIn 8.1 Pro

AS shown in the attached figure, many XML declarations have been written in my source codes.

Of course I know they won't cause any issues, however I want to delete them except <html> tags
because they've been interrupted in the view.
