Thanks for this... Do you remember the location of the icon files?

Does anybody have a good suggestion for adding customer feedback to a topic of footer? An add on widget? Scripting?

Example: Was this topic helpful? Yes or No

A rating system would also work, something like 2/5 stars (graphic)..
