Dear All,
why effects (Blur, Gray scale, Zoom, etc) do not work if my image is captured with the Windows Snipping Tool?
If I add the image through Open File or Capture tool , they do.

As for TOC, I see narrow lines for items in h2: Contrarily, if converted in Word TOC seems to be plain:

Hi guys,
I have my nice TOC with books (h1), and items (h2 and h3); once I link items to topics, I see all topics are by default set as h1 + Page Break.
Can I place h2 or h3 topics within h1 topic in the same page, w/o having Page Break?
Just image:
a Word document (User Guide) with Page Break ...

Save styles for further projects (empty template)?
Hi there,
when I set and save style classes for a project, can I reuse them for further new projects?
If I create a new project, in empty template, I cannot display previous saved styles but default ones.
The way I tried is Save Project as Template , but doing so I see I save physically formatting ...

1) TOC page comes in the very first position, then there's the 'first page'..and I'd want right the opposite;
2) 'Default' pagelayout has been applied to the TOC page too. But where physically put hands on what will be the TOC page? Why does it take default formatting?;

could you please help me to understand how to add and edit a header?
I see a 'page header' button, but it asks me where to put the header:
-first page;
-even pages;
-odd pages;
but..what if I want the same header for all the pages but the first one (the doc will be a user guide)?

is that true Lingo V9 doesn't support PDF and XLS files when creating a new project?

Here it's what I see when I expand the File List pane.
The Filter section at the top shows two default options only.
The last three you see in the red square have been added by me, just for a try.
Anyway, I couldn't find no "All Files" section, as long as we are talking about ...

still dealing with MadCap Lingo, my colleague and I found ourselves in this scenario:
we tried to add a corporate xml file into an existing project or new project, and the screen below shows what was next:

New MapCap Lingo user, still dealing with the trial version. I came across a critical bug:
Once created a new project with a xml file, it is properly loaded, processed and displayed on the right hand column only if file doesn't include any <![CDATA[]]> .
