It was more about selecting multiple rows at once which are not adjacent. As can be done in Word and Excel by using the Ctrl key, but I guess that is not possible in Flare.

What I ended up doing is make one table with all the common entries, then several tables underneath with specific entries and conditioned those.

Can I select multiple table rows and apply a condition to them? It looks as if I have to select one row, apply condition, select the next, apply condition etc. I have a growing table that I want to use in several projects and let the conditioning take care of what is shown in each project. When I change bookmark names the cross references to them do not follow the renaming, even when going to Tools/Update cross references.... does anyone have a solution, or do I have to go through and find every reference to a renamed bookmark and correct it?
