Are there shortcut keystrokes to embed images in Flare?

I was using File>Print Preview
I inserted an image and the File>Print Preview displayed fine.

After I changes the size of the image to 7 inches, the image did not display on the Print Preview. All that showed was the 1px border.

I inserted .png images into file according to the documentation (Ctrl-G).
I save the file.
When I print the file the text prints fine but I get blank boxes where the images are supposed to be.

When I try to build an HTML5, I get:

Build failed: Not enough storage is available to process this command.

Nothing of significance has changed on my system

I have created a project for online help (HTML5).
Now the user wants a hard copy Microsoft Word). Everything went well until I emailed the Word Doc. When they opened the document, none of the screen images were there. Can't figure out why they are not displaying.
Any ideas?

Yes, I tried to open from the network share

I've created several help projects and stored them on my laptop.
I need to backup the files for safety so I copied them to our network.

The project opened successfully, but when I attempted to build a website output the above error was displayed.
How do I correct this?

When I generate my web-based project the toc to the left of the screen has disappeared.

My tables have exterior lines (like boxes)

I'm new to Flare.
I have many MS Word documents that need to go into Flare and I'm a little confused.
What exactly defines a project?
Is each document its own project?

When using Word, I created drop-down lists where you click on one item and that would go into the document.

Can the same be done in Flare?

I am able to generate a Web-based online help.

However the top displays the generic LOGO. How do I replace this with the corporate logo?

It worked.

I created a new project and added several new topics for Web.
I used Project>Build Primary.
Flare displays only the Topic.htm but none of the other added topics.
What am I leaving out.
