I found a fix though I'm not entirely sure what the problem was. I replaced the destination and re-entered the Git user credentials in Flare. Seems to have solved the problem.

Figured it out. Added the following to the applied stylesheet, and it works perfectly.

ul.menu li > a:hover
{
text-decoration: underline;
}

How do you underline the hover items in the side menu? See attachment.
