I spoke to MadCap support on an unrelated issue this week and the rep told me that this double quote issue started occurring after the release of Chrome (86.0.4240.75) earlier this month. As previous posters have said, MadCap has logged a bug and they are working on a solution.

The Toolbar tab is only for Tripane skin. For Top Nav or Side Nav skins, there's no Toolbar settings in the skin, but you insert a Topic toolbar proxy (in your master page) and style it using a Toolbar skin . @cayennep We are just getting started with Central (I'm setting up the test environment now) and VPN is not an issue for us. I am a remote employee, use VPN (ASA) all day long, and have had no issues binding, pulling, and pushing files.

I was very excited to try the solution that Mike recommended but, unfortunately, we are still not able to track the search terms in Google Analytics. :-( I appreciate the suggestion. It's been a while since anyone posted here, so I think it's time we ask the same question. Has anyone found a good alternative to Pulse? We implemented Google Analytics last year, and it was helpful. But we want to take the next step and get analysis reports on search words. Anybody have ideas? Deb ...
