Some further input - the entire error message:
Converting Word document: AAA111.docx...
MS Word Importer (Internal Error): Could not find file 'C:\Users\<path>\Batch20150827\AAA111.xml'.
Cancelled
It occurs after the Character Style Mapping.

Word import error - cannot find XML file
I am getting the following error:
Could not find file 'C:\Users\<path>\AAA111.xml'.
which is stopping my import of a batch of files.
I am testing Flare as a new product (i.e. newbie) and all has gone well with importing from Word until this attempt to import 58 Word docx files into a new project ...
