I would use conditional text to remove your link to the movie for the build. Then just edit the link back in manually and put the video where it goes after the build.

For the ul list style:
For printed output you can set the List > list-syle-position to inside, and then set the Block > text-indent to a negative value to move the first line left and the bullets align with text.

You have to play the .htm file in a browser for interactivity. The stand-a-lone videos are not interactive.
