"It is caused by IFrame structure" said one of the tools.

When I open only content page in the browser all of these tools begin working.

Firefox has a way to easily switch to single frame view: right click in content frame > This frame > Show only this frame

Chrome has no built in ...

It appears to be html5 outputs of flare is not compatible with online annotation extensions of browsers like: hypothes.is, diigo.com, annotary.com, scrible.com

Is there a solution or at least workaround for this issue?

I am already using Git via bitbucket.org.

I have decided to use good ol'manual method:

1. Checkout another copy and
2. Compare the files with Total Commander & WinMerge.
