Solved.
"It is caused by IFrame structure" said one of the tools.
When I open only content page in the browser all of these tools begin working.
Firefox has a way to easily switch to single frame view: right click in content frame > This frame > Show only this frame
Chrome has no built in ...

Annotation extensions of browser do not work on html5 output
Hello,
It appears to be html5 outputs of flare is not compatible with online annotation extensions of browsers like: hypothes.is, diigo.com, annotary.com, scrible.com
Is there a solution or at least workaround for this issue?

Hello, from the new boy in the town.
First week on Flare & Mimic, and first post!
Well, I have created a single frame interactive movie on Mimic, where the user can hover on the specified regions to pop up some text.
Then followed the steps below in Flare:
